1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from the Wexford Ireland using An Post.
Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 5 - 7 working days from final confirmation from customer.
2. Where do you ship to?
We offer standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland, the North of Ireland and the United Kingdom with An Post.
3. What if my item is damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email info@MemoryBookmarks.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to help.
4. Can I return an item?
We accept returns on full-priced items over £35 within 30 days of delivery.
5. Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges unless the item qualifies under our returns policy. Please review the policy for details.
6. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes — we use recyclable and biodegradable materials where possible.
7. How do I order a memory bookmark?
Simply select your design, enter your details and complete checkout. After ordering, we will email you to request your loved one’s photo(s) and any additional information needed. You’ll receive a digital proof to review before printing.
8. Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, every order includes a digital proof. We only print once you confirm everything is correct.
9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Proof sent within 1-2 working days following receipt of your loved ones photos
Once approved, printing and quality control checks will will take between 7 and 14 working days (approximately). Memory bookmarks will then be dispatched.
Ireland delivery: approx. 1-3 working days
UK delivery: approx. 3-7 working days
If you need your order urgently, please contact us using out contact page and we will always do our best to accommodate.
10. Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. At checkout you can select standard or tracked postage.
Tracked shipping provides delivery updates from An Post. All orders will recieve updates during the creation process via email from info@memorybookmarks.com
11. Can you write a custom poem?
Yes, we offer a personalised poem option. You can provide a few personal details about your loved one, and we will create a meaningful tribute that reflects their life and personality.
12. Can I use my own wording, prayer or verse?
Absolutely. You may include your own prayer, poem or message. We can also suggest prayers poems and verses if needed.
13. Can you remove religious imagery?
Yes, we offer both religious and non-religious designs. You can choose icons such as flowers, Celtic knots, landscapes and more.
14. What size are the bookmarks?
Each memory bookmark is approximately 51mm X 152mm, a traditional memorial size.
15. What material do you use?
Our bookmarks are printed on premium cardstock with a weight of 300gsm. We also offer an optional gloss lamination for extra durability.
16. Do you accept returns?
Because each item is personalised, returns are not accepted once you approve the proof. If there is an error or your order arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately.
17. What if I need help choosing photos or wording?
We’re here to support you. You can email us anytime and we will guide you through the process.
18. Do you only do everything over email?
No. If you want to have a phone call consultation or even a video consultation, we are happy to accommodate this.
At present, we don’t offer in-person face-to-face consultations.
