We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 - 14 working days after proof approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

All packaging is eco-conscious and every order is handled with care.

Shipping to Addresses in the Republic of Ireland

  • Standard postage: €2.95 (Large Letter)

  • Tracked postage: €9.50

  • Delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–3 working days

Shipping to Addresses in the North of Ireland

We ship to the North of Ireland using An Post.

  • Standard postage: €2.95

  • Tracked postage: €9.50

  • Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days

Shipping to Addresses in the UK

We ship to the UK using An Post International.

  • Standard international: €7.30

  • Tracked international: €14.30

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days

We want you to feel cared for and confident when ordering a memorial piece. Your loved one’s tribute matters deeply, and every order is treated with respect.

Personalised Orders

All items are custom-designed and printed to your approval, so we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once:

  • Your proof has been approved, or

  • Printing has begun

Please check all details carefully when reviewing your proof.

If Something Isn’t Right…

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our side, we are here to help.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or reprint depending on the situation.

You do not need to return damaged items unless requested.

We Cannot Refund…

  • Orders where incorrect details were provided

  • Items printed exactly as per the approved proof

  • Delays caused by postal or customs services
