Personalised Orders

Our products are customised based on the information you provide.

You are responsible for checking:

  • Names & dates

  • Photos supplied

  • Text & verses chosen

We send a digital proof for approval before printing.

Once a proof is approved, the design is final and cannot be changed.

Please review proofs carefully before confirming.

Your Content

By uploading photos, text, or information, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use the content

  • It does not infringe on copyright, privacy, or personal rights

  • You give us permission to use it solely for creating your order

We will never use your memorial content for marketing unless you give explicit written consent.

Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.

We do not store full payment details — all payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Once an item is dispatched, postal handling is outside our control, but we will always assist where possible.

Cancellations & Returns
